2. Products & Sales
2.1 Door County Artworks offers original oil paintings, fine art giclée prints, and select
wholesale items for retail partners.
2.2 All artworks and products are described and photographed to represent them as accurately as
possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
2.3 All sales are final, as each artwork and print is custom made and unavailable for purchase
elsewhere during the ordering process. Please review all details carefully before completing your
order.
2.4 We currently accept orders and ship within the United States only.
2.5 We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, or product details at any time without
notice.

3. Ownership & Copyright
3.1 All artwork, images, and related materials displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of
Door County Artworks and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
3.2 The purchase of an original painting or print does not transfer reproduction rights.
Ownership of a physical artwork does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, or use the image
for commercial purposes.
3.3 Written consent must be obtained from Door County Artworks for any public, promotional,
or commercial use of our artwork or images.

4. Wholesale & Licensing
4.1 Wholesale partnerships are available for approved retailers. Wholesale terms and pricing are
provided upon request and may differ from retail terms listed on the Site.
4.2 Licensing or reproduction rights for any artwork are not included with wholesale purchases
unless explicitly outlined in a separate agreement.

5. Privacy & Data
5.1 We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our Site—such as
names, email addresses, or shipping information—is used solely for order fulfillment,
communication, or newsletter purposes (if you choose to subscribe).
